These Terms govern your use of SupplyBridge (the "Service"), a dropshipping fulfillment application for merchants on the OpoShop platform, provided by Found. By installing or using SupplyBridge, you agree to these Terms. You must have a valid OpoShop store and the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
1. What SupplyBridge does
SupplyBridge connects your OpoShop store to your own CJdropshipping account. It detects new orders, can place them on CJdropshipping, retrieves tracking numbers, and marks orders shipped in your store. You are responsible for your CJdropshipping account, its wallet balance, and the products you choose to fulfill.
2. Payments and money safety
SupplyBridge creates supplier orders on CJdropshipping. It will not pay for a supplier order (charging your CJ wallet) unless you have explicitly enabled automatic payment in Settings. You are responsible for reviewing your automation settings and for all charges incurred on your CJdropshipping account. SupplyBridge is a tool that acts on your instructions; you remain responsible for your orders, pricing, margins, and fulfillment decisions.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate CJdropshipping credentials and maintain your own account in good standing.
- Configure product mappings, margins, and automation settings correctly for your business.
- Comply with OpoShop's and CJdropshipping's terms, and with applicable laws, including consumer, shipping, and tax obligations for the products you sell.
4. Availability and changes
We work to keep SupplyBridge available and accurate, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, improve, or change features over time. Order placement and tracking depend on third-party systems (OpoShop and CJdropshipping) that are outside our control.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Found is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for supplier charges, shipping outcomes, or losses arising from your configuration or from third-party systems. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
6. Termination
You may stop using SupplyBridge and uninstall it at any time. On uninstall we mark your store inactive and handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
